MEETING ROOMS

If you are looking for a space to hold meetings, business gatherings, presentations or workshops, the Terra and Verde meeting rooms are the ideal choice. With a capacity for up to 18 persons, they offer a flexible layout depending on the event requirements. The rooms are equipped with LCD screens, a flip chart and full technical support, and offer a level of privacy ensured by the enclosed and focused working environment.

A refreshment break can be arranged within the meeting room, in the hall next door or in a separate part of the lobby, depending on availability and preferred level of privacy. The space can be further customised with personalised branding using roll-up banners and digital solutions, while smaller business events can have a registration desk arranged.

CONFERENCE HALL

The largest conference hall of the Pullman Zagreb hotel is designed for conferences, seminars, panel discussions and business events that require reliable technical support and a distinguished ambience. It can comfortably accommodate up to 130 persons, with a maximum capacity of 150 participants. The space is accented by a large video wall, one-of-a-kind in Zagreb, that gives presentations a strong visual impression and adds a dynamic character.

The hall is equipped with a lectern, LCD screens and a professional sound system, fronted by a foyer used for coffee breaks and informal chats, where participants can continue to exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere.

LOGISTICS AND LOCATION

Pullman Zagreb features a separate garage with two entrances, one of which is located directly opposite the hotel’s main entrance. The garage is also suitable for larger groups, which is particularly useful for conferences and participant arrival.

The hotel is located just off major roads, only a 15-minute drive from the Franjo Tuđman Airport and the city centre. The close proximity of Arena Zagreb, Zagreb Fair and the Buzin business zone makes this location even more appealing for local and international events.

Private celebrations

CELEBRATIONS SPACE

For informal gatherings and celebrations in a more intimate atmosphere, the hotel offers a multifunctional space spanning approximately 100 m², suitable for corporate gatherings, receptions, birthday parties and private celebrations.

The space includes a mobile bar, four TVs, separate toilets, and the possibility of arranging DJ performances and other additions such as a photo booth. Thanks to a separate entrance and complete discretion, it is ideal for events that call for privacy and more customisation.

 

The proximity to Arena Zagreb makes this space even more convenient for hangouts before or after a concert or large event.
